Additionally, high level pipe work was also boxed in, and a new tea prep area was created. The room was updated with new LVT flooring and worktops. The team also concealed another boiler in a tall larder unit, further optimizing space in the room. To improve the room’s overall aesthetic, the old tiled alcove was clad with wetwall, adding a sleek and modern finish to the space. These careful and meticulous renovations have resulted in a more functional and stylish room, optimized for modern living.
